I think the location generally works against it. Underground is simply not perceived as a safe environment, and to add insult to injury, you have to pay to park there.

Oh sure, you could *almost* ride MARTA down there if you wanted....except that it doesn't run late enough. Duh. And Atlanta's alleged leaders wonder why both MARTA and Underground don't do well....

I wish them luck, but it's gonna be an uphill battle.

As far as I know.. saturdays are goth nights. I don't think I ever went there any other night.

Not too bad. The crowd at Underground was meager, but most of it was at the Future. Much metal was played, including concert footage on the many flat screens around the club, courtesy of "Death Metal" Sean (not DJ Xios). DJ Xios skillfully worked the crowd, playing much Acid Bath to the fans' delight. We also concluded the night with "The Insight and the Catharsis" at deafening volume, because it's one of our, if not, all time favorites. Come out this Wednesday fuckers!
