South By Death: The Southern Extreme Music Alliance is a network of regional bands, labels, organizations, venues, websites, media and supporters whose primary objective is to provide a solid, well-organized foundation for promoting extreme music and bands throughout the Southern United States. Our goal is to encourage unity among various scenes to keep local music going strong, to keep venues booking extreme bands, and to keep fans of extreme music informed on upcoming shows, album releases, and events.
