I just bought my ticket. You better be right about this LOGAN, because ticketbastard already owes me a Taake show. :(

We should probably keep an eye on this one -- Abbath just lost his guitar player *and* his drummer.

I honestly don't see the appeal of Immortal to some of y'all. Either way I want to go, because I'm still kicking myself in the ass for missing out on King Diamond. Has anyone here even seen Immortal?

I'm fairly certain we haven't. Sometimes I'm just in the mood for Immortal--I don't know why, but when I want it, it's great.

Twice. Once in Germany, with Wiese -- they were the #2 reason that I went to Europe. Once in Chicago, with Leyja.

I've told this story before, but, in Germany, some joker had brought three stuffed panda bears to the show. During the Immortal set, he was center stage on the rail, holding them up above the crowd.

About halfway through the set, Abbath acknowledged them in his trademark croak: "I like your paaaaahhhndaas. Are those the paaaaahhndaas of Nortern Daaaahhhrknesss?"

I thought it was a couple of chicks that brought the stuffed pandas.

Could have been. I just assumed that it was a dude. Those nights are ... a little hazy. So I'll go with "it was a pair of chicks." For $100, Alex.

Just going on record here: I ❤️ IMMORTAL. And I look forward to this Abbath album because Abbath rules. Super hard. Amen.

If you're in the Marietta area and want a ticket for $20, I'll be here until around 9pm
