Pfft just stay for Deicide if you're already going to be there.

yeah, otherwise Glen Benton will have you intercepted in the parking lot and brand things into your forehead. (He once left early from a Venom concert and look at how he ended up...)

If no one stats a "kill yourself" chant when Glen walks on stage I'll be severely disappointed...

I hope they play that one song where they talk about how much they don't like Christ.

Man, you people really hate Deicide! They weren't my favorite band on that bill anyway. I went there mainly to see Goatwhore (and Benton's forehead!). They were fucking killer! If you haven't heard of them, I highly recommend them. They only got 2 albums so far and one coming out this time next year. I interviewed Goatwhore for Death Gasm. They're awesome guys! Jungle Rot also put on a pretty good show, too. So did Hallow's Eve(they played in Hell after Deicide). Their new stuff is really good!
They had you do a drug test and the forgot to test for drugs???

I thought Diabolic broke up in Tampa just before Atlanta. Did they play Atlanta?

I could feel my IQ dropping the longer I was there. The show was pretty blah for the most part...

Local band that opened - I got there on their last song. Once again the Masquerade are morons when deciding local openers.

Desolation - BORING. I heard this band was hillarious but they kicked that guy out or something.

Jungle Rot - I liked them more than I thought I would. Some of the songs kinda bordered on nu-metal and that got the hot topic kids pittin' like Disturbed was playing.

Cattle Decapitation - I don't understand what the appeal of this band is. Only thing that kept me interested was the vocalists hillarious faces and overall stage prescence. The vegetarian message was way cooler when Carcass did it 15 years ago.

Goatwhore - Probably the band I wanted to see most. They played all the songs I wanted to hear (all of those from their first album) and the sound was awesome where I was standing. They had Misery Index's sound guy doing sound for them, so it wasn't a big pile of bass drums and vocals. Maybe the Masquerade house guys can learn something from that. Sammy was also sportin' an ultra fresh Profanatica shirt! Plus 10 Kvlt points for him!

Deicide - Weren't as bad as I was expecting. They played a very short set and kept it to pretty much to songs from "Once Upon the Cross" and before. Good move. Right as I started getting bored it was over. No encore.

I missed this show but Deicide was good the last time they came through. Who else was on that bill?
