New DAATH tracks

Post by mrjumping » Wed June 1st, 2005, 4:29 am

We're still in the mix/master process, but decided that we would share some of what is already done.

James put 2 of our new songs up on the public folder of his idisk from which you can download them. They are called Ovum and The Hinderers.

for Mac users, here's the menu path: Finder > GO > iDisk > Other User's Public Foler

then put in the member name jamesfmurphy and the password protools

for PC users, download the very small iDisk utility for XP at http://www.mac.com/1/idiskutility_download.html

PC users will also need either iTunes for PC (free download at http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ ) or a recent version of Winamp, as the file is a .m4a

Hope you like them.

Nice work!
Thanks for the sneak peak. Maybe you can leak the full album then blowup at the public.

Can someone just send them to me or let me know when they're on MySpace (lol)?
I have like .5G left on my computer, so adding new software is a no-no right now.
I already have .mp4 plug-ins and iTunes, though...

Holly,

They're up on myspace, but they're mp3s and the sound quality is significantly degraded from the m4as. The link is www.myspace.com/daath

Later,
Eyal

I just heard the new tracks. Great job, I bought Futility A while back and thought it was cool, but I can tell this new CD is alot different and probobly better than the old one. I will Definately pick up a copy of "The Hinderers". Are you guys booking any shows in the upcoming months?

Glad you dig the new tracks. There are some major differences between The Hinderers and Futility. I definitely think that the Hinerers is better, but then again, I'm biased.

We're playing in Atlanta Saturday, August 13th at the Masquerade.
