2 albums in one show...

Post by Greg » Sun June 5th, 2005, 5:41 pm

Has that ever been done before?

I gotta admit that we go pretty overkill on playing Slayer on the show (and sometimes we go pretty slayer on playing Overkill) but it was cool to hear a show closed out with Reign In Blood in its entirety.

hey it's like that entire album or one Opeth song... I'd say Dan made the better choice.

and yes, it's been done before 8)

I love how this was a massive debate months ago, and one night when one person gets tired, all previous opinions are thrown out the window.

Not to mention the fact that I played "Altar of Sacrifice" in the first hour of the show.

And BoB: LOL.

I could've lived without hearing the Green Carnation thing, myself. And compounding my irritation is the fact that my My Dying Bride request of several weeks back was refused because in the past it had garnered some complaints due, I suspect, to the music's, um, weightlessness in contrast to most of what WREKage plays.

So fifty-five minutes of Tchort's metronomic lollipop goth was somewhat puzzling.

yes, but not anymore. the old wrekage days were choice. multiple band bits and ren and stimpy bits and Bob's silly voice. no dan, no greg, no paul, no "ALLRIGHT! tim after every fucking break in song playing. it should go back to one guy playing songs not talking for 8hrs. and not some goofy ass metal radio club vying for airtime.

You want us to go to one DJ?
I'm guessing you just mean each person playing music and not talking too much.
not some goofy ass metal radio club vying for airtime.
I don't know what this means.
