Discogs

Are any of you obsessive (that is to say, "German") about entering your vinyl collection in Discogs?

I have to say, it gives me a sense of satisfaction. My collection is pretty meager, however, because I took a long break on buying vinyl. Any one else?

The thought of taking on that project makes my brain aaaacchhhee...

Good for y'all that do. I'd love to look at others' lists.

Discogs.com, my friend. It is music marketplace, but they get really precise about various releases of a particular album.

For instance, see Reign In Blood.

I rarely even bother with Ebay anymore since Discogs came along. No ridiculous bidding wars, rigging, and way fewer bootleggers of which to be wary.

One day I will have a home, in that home will be a bar, that bar will have its walls lined with records.

This will be me:

My compulsion has not ended. For those interested, my page is here. I've only added vinyl and tapes. CD's are not kvlt.

Any others?

I get on Discogs to look at original press black metal records I'll never get to have. It's a good relationship.
