I *might* go on Saturday. If Fates Warning was playing Saturday with Savage Messiah, Refuge (RAGE) and Devin--I'd definitely go. Goddamn fest is expensive and not entirely in tune with my musical tastes. I like some power, a little prog, but no enough to pay what they're asking.

I still stand by what I said before Saxon played. Glenn needs to book Twisted Sister, and what I said when I was out smoking, book Mercyful Fate while he's at it.

Also, he should sit and have a beer with me so I can basically use most of his model for an extreme metal version of the fest. (Replace fan 'sponsors' with beer/whiskey sponsors, and use the Loft--everything else pretty much the same)

This is surreal. Once-in-a-life-time type of event. It saves my trip to KIT 2016. I will get the Friday ticket as soon as it comes out. I'm all in for this. So damn excited.

Can't afford 2 day tickets and don't care about Friday so if anyone is selling a 1 day pass next year or only wants to go Friday, I'll buy your pass for Saturday only.

I went on Friday and saw Freedom Call + Fates Warning. Fates killed it, Arch sounds fantastic. Well worth the $.

Indeed. Fates ruled. Tom Phillips from While Heaven Wept was one of the dudes on the floor that sang the entire set.

Green Carnation was excellent too.
