Here's a funny story: The first time I saw Cradle of Filth was in LA in 1998 and some friends and I just walked backstage and hung out with the band. I was parched and looking for a bottle of water or can of soda or something. Nick Barker walks in with a gallon jug of Minute Maid orange juice. He saw me looking around and asked if I wanted a drink. I gladly accepted and as right when I took a swallow, he goes "It's half vodka by the way". I lucky I didn't cough it up.

Side note: He thought it was really cool I was from Atlanta. I met Bonz from Stuck Mojo a few days later, while still in LA, and he simply said, "Jonesboro? That's on the south side right?" And didn't have any interest other than that.

You know, I don't hate COF's music. It's just that the guy won't shut the fuck up.

Anyway, saw them 22 years ago, and once is good enough for me.

You're on a roll with these stories. Keep 'em coming. I'm enjoying them.
