He inferred a comment about testicles to be gay, and then spoke out about it.
If you do not see how it is homophobic, then I would assume you to hold similar homophobic beliefs.
"Not agreeing with the lifestyle" is also a common argument that homophobics use so that they won't look like bigots in front of other people.
No one is trying to force anyone to agree with anything.
But a bigot is a bigot, no matter how you cut it.
I just wish more bigots would simply admit that they are bigots instead of playing the "trying to dig myself out of my grave" game, because it just makes them look like bigger assholes.
